‘Fuck it.” MATT AND FISK BREAKING OUT OF THEIR CAGES IN PARALLEL WITH ONE ANOTHER DURING THEIR SIMULTANEOUS FIGHTS WAS SO FUCKIN PEAK. FISK LITERALLY GAVE THE GUY AN AXE AND STILL PROCEEDED TO BEAT THE CRAP OUTTA HIM?!? MUSE GOT CRAZY AURA TOO. The editing during the fights was a little sloppy and I feel that Matt finally donning the suit again should’ve felt a smidge more triumphant but, all in all, pretty damn epic stuff. I’m not one to dwell too much in nitpicking. I really enjoyed this one. Some incredibly dark stuff swirling around in the pot. Muse was terrifying, I need to see more of him asap!!! The new and old ideas are often a tad obvious, which sucks, bc what I assume to be the new stuff is a whole lot better than any of the old stuff. I do actually like how they’re handling the inter-connectivity of the show to the MCU. Giving us smaller characters like Swordsman from Hawkeye, rather than Hawkeye himself, and that works very well for world-building in my eyes. I gotta find the comics Muse features in!!!
