Absolute banger end to the season, a great season finale and end to the Game of Thrones prime. 

Brienne and Sandors fight was really good, loved that duel and how rough and chaotic it became towards the end of it, Sandor being left to die as Arya steals his gold.

“Dead men don’t need gold.” - Sandor Clegane. 

Arya learned a lot from him during their journey, it’s a great end to their plot line that began in late Season 3. 

Daenerys chaining up Rhaegal and Viserion, with Drogon still roaming the skies. Makes sense why he ends up bigger than the other two, hasn’t been left in the dungeons below the Meereenese pyramid for however long she’s there for. 

Jon burns Ygritte’s body, and Stannis captures the Wildling army and starts to reside in Castle Black. Such a good piece of cinematography when his cavalry forces are running into the woods, just beautiful to see. 

Bran finally gets pay off for his plot line, making it to the three eyed raven. Jojen ends up dying as some of the dead army attacks them. Bran isn’t in any of Season 5 which is an odd choice but whatever. 

Peak conclusion to Tyrion’s overall story and specifically his Season 4 arc, being freed by Jaime, then killing Shae and his father Tywin before fleeing with Varys to Essos in a ship. Haven’t read the books so I can’t say whether this scene messes up Season 5 and 6, but some people online have said that it does. 

“I am your son. I have always been your son.” 

Tyrion Lannister in Season 1-4 is a perfect deuteragonist, would be my favorite of all time if he didn’t get slowly ruined for every season to come. Still I appreciate his character very much in these four seasons and it’s very much complete, the pay off in this suffices. 

Arya uses her Bravosi coin that she was given two whole seasons ago, finding passage to Bravos on a ship.
