Yeah apparently it’s a hot take, probably not objectively the best episode with the first half being random conversations but aot was my first anime and it’s kind of the moment I officially stopped hating 😭 the reveal and scene at the end with that ost is my favourite peak of the show and all of anime so far

Also there’s a yt vid about the episode called how aot made the best plot twist of all time or something, and it made me appreciate the first half way more with the way they eerily cut away from conversations to subconsciously get you on edge
