Season 2 is a really hard sell to new viewers; very slow, very deliberate. In retrospect, having seen the whole show, it’s very much setting the table for what’s to come, and I think it’s certainly necessary. But I think it’s understandable to get frustrated by the idea the show is willfully withholding information, playing a shell game with the audience.
