A bit disappointed but i saw this coming This episode had some great moments, but overall, I wasn’t a huge fan of how it was directed n executed in general. The pacing dragged at times, yet certain storylines felt oddly rushed (thats a first), making for a somewhat uneven experience. What stood out the most was how much this episode mirrored the previous season’s finale. Normally, I’d be all for that if the same formula worked again, but in this case, it didn’t quite land 4 me. The reason Season 1’s finale hit so hard was because it had a stronger build-up, its main plot had been escalating for a while, making the payoff feel earned. Season 2 on the other hand, lacked that same gradual tension, which made this finale feel like it was reaching for excitement that wasn’t fully there. A big part of that is because the last two episodes leading up to it were arguably the weakest of the season, hell maybe even of the entire show, so the impact didn’t hit as it should have. I also don’t think this episode needed to be this long. It’s not like every scene was STACKED and rich in fact, some felt a bit empty, as if they were stretching things out rather than adding substance. That said, I’m not entirely mad about it, there were still some strong moments, and the core of the story remains solid. It just didn’t quite stick the landing the way it could have It might seem like I’m trash-talking the episode since I’m only pointing out the negatives, but trust me, that’s not the case. I’ve been watching this show since the pilot aired, and I absolutely fell in love with it. Ive been waiting for this season for so long now and it was so worth it because this season has been incredible, but idk how to feel about this last episode. Hope itll grow on me as the time passes This is like a high 4 but i cant rate it that low cause my heart wont let me low 9
