S2 of Severance is amazing and tries some new things. It takes a completely different approach than the first season in its storytelling and structure, which can be good at times and give us something fresh but it can also seem a little messy and unfocused. The acting is still splendid. S1 felt more tight and the way we got to the season finale was more seamless and organic. I do like that the crew is trying something, though, and S2 genuinely made for some big shocks and surprises. The weird structure still managed to bring stellar episodes week after week, and kudos to everyone for making it work still. The cinematography is still at the top of its game. The season is exploring and creating more lore and branching out a bit, which provided interesting reveals. I have a ton of questions left but I am just so excited to find out more and understand how the series will continue to evolve and eventually get resolved. It's so exciting. Anyway, what a fun season.
