y’all really weren’t lying when you said this show was amazing huh? daredevil definitely lived up to the expectations i had going in to it. i like most of the marvel shows but this is just completely in a league of its own. it was emotional and thrilling, way darker than i thought it would be but also had good funny moments mainly thanks to foggy and matt’s friendship (so pure 🥺) the performance from charlie cox as matt murdock is incredible. felt like he was born for this role. and if we’re talking about performances we have to talk about vincent d’onofrio playing one of the most intriguing villains i’ve ever seen, wilson fisk!! i needed more of him. the final fight scene between daredevil and fisk was so satisfying to watch bc of how they built it up throughout the season. will be interesting to see how season 2 pans out if fisk isn’t involved as much anymore because he is such a great character. but very excited to see more matt murdock!!
