I am always bad at guessing the culprit in murder mysteries even in the most obvious ones & I see it as a superpower where I can enjoy the most dumbest of mystery thrillers & not get bored. Same goes for the mystery of solang valley, I can sense a few narrative conveniences and inconsistencies throughout the show but still can't help myself from jumping to the next episode in quick succession & if you can hook me in with this much conviction then you definitely deserve the credit. The calibre of storytelling here isn't simply the vishal bharadwaj stature but hey give me a murder mystery in snow clad himalayas and & I am sold Props to Wamiqa Gabbi for such an endearing performance, the fourth wall break never comes off as clunky or misplaced, she makes the most out of it, would definitely love to see more of Charlie Chopra with some more refined filmmaking & better writing
