This fits a very specific niche I didn't know I craved, a show set in an ultra-dystopian world where the main form of entertainment is an ultra-violent extreme death sport. You mix that with a quirky animation style that consistently parodies anime tropes and you've got a receipe for a hit. At leas that's what I thought, but then the show basically got cancelled. However, there is a rumour (with some pretty good evidence) that it's getting a movie (or at the very least a TV special) called Ballmastrz: Rubicon (massive hype). This was a cool as fuck show. There were some slightly cringe jokes but most of it hit and hit well. And brother can I just say, sick as fuck animation style, constantly shifting and changing. Oh btw this is created by Christy Karacas of Superjail fame so a lot of the hyper-violent fluid visuals are on display here. Uhh awesome ok cool yeah
