The best superhero show and it ain't close I genuinely can't think of a better Marvel production than this. Netflix and Marvel have achieved something spectacular by creating a series that combines intense and incredibly well-choreographed action, deep storytelling, and well-developed characters. Charlie Cox embodies Matt Murdock with impressive intensity, balancing the vulnerability of his life as a blind lawyer with the brutality of his vigilante alter ego. And not to mention Vincent D'Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, a complex and fascinating villain with an imposing presence that steals every scene he appears in. Something I really liked is that, unlike 95% of MCU productions, Daredevil does take advantage of the eternal rivalry between Matt and Fisk and makes them archenemies. Matt has to constantly pursue Fisk throughout the entire series, even if he's not the main villain of the season, Fisk will be there and will do everything he can to stop Matt, a genuine rivalry in the style of Batman and the Joker, something that of course benefited the villain, as this development without killing him only made each confrontation between the two feel more epic than the last. The dark and realistic tone of the series, along with its exploration of morality, faith, and justice, make it arguably the best comic book adaptation ever made. Each season has its own unique style and challenges, but they all maintain outstanding quality. However, I have to highlight season 3, which is, for me, the peak of any Marvel production, a true work of art divided into 13 episodes, and although it was unfairly canceled, "A New Napkin" seems to me to be one of the best series finales and a perfect ending to this wonderful show. I don't expect many things from the reboot, but we'll see where it takes us...
