An interesting series to pass the time, slightly different from the comedic animation of recent years. It also incorporates almost surreal elements while maintaining its comedic tone and featuring peculiar yet appealing designs. It doesn’t rely directly on comedy through sharp jokes and punchlines, although there are some funny lines, but rather on an ironic depiction of certain contexts and people. The strongest aspect is the characters. Pim and Charlie are good main characters, while the side characters are absolutely fantastic, including those who appear in single episodes. Mip, Desmond, the Boss, Glep are all unique and very entertaining, with excellent designs. Another key aspect is how well the show portrays certain archetypes of people in our society and everyday life in a humorous way. My favorite episode is definitely the first, Desmond is truly hilarious and interesting, the episode is also very good stylistically wise. Right after that, I’d pick episodes 6 and 3, while the weakest one is definitely the last. Season rating: 8.5
