top tier television, which i wouldnt think i'd be saying about a netflix original. baby reindeer was good as well tbf but not top tier for me now that i look back on it. this is genuinely some insane shit and i think its so good that this was made. incel culture, misogyny, etc is such a huge issue right now with people like andrew tate gaining mass followings and generally just right wing politics, it's good to highlight the issues that arise from these things in such a raw and real way. i said in my review for ep 3, this show does not pull any punches and it's great for that "look at that fella who popped up on my phone, going on about how to treat women, how men should be men, and all that shit. i was only looking for something for the gym, wasnt i?" ^ so good because the way this culture has seeped its way into predominantly male spaces is so harmful. shit like gym culture, self improvement, they ALL lean into such horrible and most of the time misogynistic views and it leads to young people who are still finding themselves adopting these things and perpetuating them. the right take a lot of advantage of this as well, i think thats why, for a uk example, reform is so popular with younger people now, and for an american i guess just look at donald trump. the support for him is insane and its sooo many young dudes. or maybe im crazy IDK thats just how i view it and i think thsi show is super awesome im probably too young to be talking about this shit
