wow, unreal man. this show is genuinely too good, netflix need to stick to miniseries because they knocked it out of the park with both this and baby reindeer. i doubt this is gonna get the coverage baby reindeer got but man does it deserve it
this kid is fucking terrifying and its only made scarier by the fact that this shit is real. people think and act like this in the real world and its genuinely disgusting. i feel really bad for the women who have to deal with the consequences of this type of behaviour that is propagated by awful people like andrew tate, and to be totally honest just anyone on the right. its never something i've given much thought to because i mean, im a teenage boy so im not directly affected by it, but this episode really put into perspective for me how serious this shit is and its just tragic and its good to see a show address it in the manner this one does. it doesn't pull any punches. it's raw and it goes all in and it gives you a true look in to this yknow type of shit. misogyny is so rampant in society and so many people i think are misogynistic and dont realise it or do realise that what theyre saying is wrong and instead just downplay the severity of it. i know im guilty of this and ill be honest i dont think theres any dude who isnt, but this is what that shit spirals into and its so bad and i think people need to check themselves more. people like to say "oh its just a joke" but i think in reality this shit is pretty harmful. im not saying like comedians arent allowed to make offensive jokes and shit but like idk i think people cross lines that shouldnt be crossed
erin doherty and owen cooper are on another level
