Low 5/5, slightly worse than 1x12 but this was fucking beautiful. Last episode explored Don’s character extremely well while giving us some of the most shocking scenes of the show so far but this episode was more focused on the emotional charge. Scenes like the conversation between Betty and Glen or Betty’s monologue with the psychiatrist were awesome and very emotional. And I’d also like to mention Peggy’s contribution this episode, which was phenomenal. Everything surrounding her, like the scene choosing between Annie or Rita, the scene in the hospital or getting promoted to be a creative writer. But the highlight of this episode was that outstanding presentation about the wheel. Expressing how technology isn’t always that society looks for but more of a way to get stuck in your memories of the past, the good memories, where you were happy and loved. Nostalgia.
