8.2/10
Back to the main plot, and I’m glad—though Gemma’s backstory was easily one of the best episodes this show has ever done. Cobel’s, on the other hand… different. I get the need for lore, but I just wish it had been more interesting.
Seeing Dylan’s outie be so cold to Gretchen was brutal. I’ve always seen Dylan as a sweet guy who adores his kids, but his outie? Distant. Uncaring. And watching Dylan (Innie) break over it? Heartbreaking. My poor goat, you don’t deserve this.
Helly and Jame’s relationship is so unsettling. Their whole demeanor feels wrong, like they’ve both been severed. Jame, in particular, felt like something out of a horror movie.
And that ending? Chills.
“What was the last thing you said to me?”
“She’s alive…”
I literally have no idea how this finale is going to play out, but I can’t wait. They kept bringing up Cold Harbour this episode, and that’s the title of the finale… I wonder.
