kinda inevitable that a harmony focused ep would be less interesting but i do like that we learned a bit more about how harmony grew up & the school for girls that i assume Ms Huang goes to. Ill kinda hate if this is just a cult tho but maybe its the only answer that actually makes sense i originally thought cobel designing severance was like a cop out / too easy BUT on reflecting i do love it. this girl is being exploited for child labor huffing ether at 8 years old and designs something so no one has to remember their suffering at work. instead of designing something to idk not exploit people she just makes it so they cant remember. shes indoctrinated by lumon to believe this is the only option so wanted to create severance as a kindness, at least if others have to be abused like she was they dont have to remember it
