"paddock slut" is absolutely the perfect moniker for carlos, jack doohan was right on the money. narratively, this entire episode reads like an episode of the bachelor. from the coy courtship rituals james vowles had to conduct, to the multiple prospects he had to compete with, and to the suspense of carlos' final decision. it's quite romantic and makes for a hilarious episode, intentional or not. sainz leading silly season must have been very intense for everyone on the paddock, particularly for the drivers who couldn't settle on a seat without his decision. ultimately, i think he made the right decision. best of luck for 2025. p.s. solid title. good one, netflix
