Overall this was better than expected. You can tell the show’s creator didn’t want this to be as much of a kid’s show as the network did, and I think it would’ve been better off if they had explored some of those deeper themes that were peeking through. Wish this would’ve gotten a 3rd season, but I can see why the decision was made to end it. It’s not as good as the other DCAU shows so far, but it’s a solid spinoff that expands the world of Batman Beyond.
