The moment Ben Stiller is back directing, the episode cooks up a fucking storm!! “Let’s burn this place to the ground.” YES IRVING, LOCK IN AND TURN LUMON UPSIDE DOWN, YOU GOAT! I’m actually so hyped—that episode was amazing. The Defiant Jazz sequence was absolutely incredible. The shots of Milchick’s reflection as we see Dylan trying to stay calm, the lighting shifting into something dark and furious, and then that outburst leading into chaos—just beautifully done. And that final sequence… Mark talking about his wife, describing what she likes, and then that reveal fading out with the music… chef’s kiss.
