i really feel like i’m missing something when it comes to the over joyous love this show receives. i’m glad it does receive that love, don’t get me wrong but i still have yet to fully feel it. there’s episodes i absolutely love but continually find the overall experience to be just pretty good. visuals are fantastic, as i’ve said a bunch prior, and almost every performance is great but i think the flow of this show and the pace of the mystery aspects leave a lot to be desired. feels very writer-y at times. love love love the final like 5 minutes of this episode and the scene between dylan and his wife. chefs kiss. mwah.
