While it took me a while to get on board, this first season of Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man is a solid addition to the Marvel Animation slate. It’s not X-Men 97 and it doesn’t try to be but rather just a solid good show. What I found interesting is that you can see the orginal vision of Tom Holland’s Peter Parker as the backbone of the series. Daredevil returns to our screens in that one episode and it was glorious. I’m so excited for Daredevil Born Again. I really liked the character designs of the villains but the animation itself took some getting used to.
