Well this is the end of the show….

I predicted what the ending would be from the 1st season. I think this season in terms of certain plot points were rushed and didn’t really feel realistic. For example the whole Valencia arc: Valencia is a party planner that desperately needs clients however all of a sudden she gets hired for a job in New York (despite having no clients and not being in the business for that long) and then we were led to believe she rejected it as she never mentioned it for the rest of the season until the finale.

Another plot point that also didn’t sit right with me is the whole Josh/Rebecca storyline. I don’t see why both of them would still want to be with each other after what they both did to each other with Josh leaving Rebecca at the aisle and Rebecca stalking Josh’s family and putting them in danger countless times (btw at this point I forgot Josh wasn’t an only child- they don’t really appear after the 1st season)

I also think the Darryl storyline this season was extremely rushed. From breaking up with WhiJosh to getting a surrogate to raising said child and then meeting another person and having a child with them. It’s really hard to root for them. I still prefer him with WhiJosh but I still get why they broke them up.

Paula didn’t really serve a purpose in this season IMO - she  spend one episode sleeping and missing Rebecca’s texts and the plot still worked. At times it felt like they were trying to force her in a new role just to still have her in the show but I’m not complaining about it.

For the longest time I was trying to put the finale off because I also a little bit upset when I finish a show because I always get attached to the storylines and characters
