resonated with me more than s1 did. i think it has to do with s1 already doing the legwork of introducing the characters, and in turn s2 was able to have much more compelling character arcs/moments for everyone. s2 also has everyone working together as a full fledged team right from the get go unlike s1 where there was still some tension in the earlier episodes, so that might also be a reason i enjoyed s2 a lot more. i love me some proper teamwork. want to also mention the visuals real quick. it is kyoani so of course both seasons looks stellar but s2 had some really pretty shots/scenes that really went above and beyond, so i feel that really deserve a shout out fantastic sequel and i really hope we get more of this show in the future. this season made me appreciate s1 a bit more too so i think ima bump up my score for that
