I enjoyed The Bride, Nina, and Frankenstein a lot, but I could just not really force myself to care about any of the other characters. Especially Rick Flagg - seriously what is DC’s obsession with this bland ass character?The backstory segments were all pretty entertaining though.

I found the plot twist villain reveal to be unsatisfying. In fact, the princess’ entire character was incredibly grating. I also thought Nina’s death felt pretty cheap. I think her friendship with the Bride, as well as her own personal growth, needed much more development for that to feel earned. To be fair, it doesn’t help here that the show is limited to 7 30-minute episodes.
