Felt like I was watching Season 2 more than Season 1. It seems like a lot has happened that I don’t know of. Never played the games but Lara is annoying, hardly was rooting for her. Devereaux was a wasted opportunity his motivation fell flat. Lara has all this trauma but we can’t connect because we don’t know what or who she is grieving. I also did not know that it was mythology based or whatever. They got the pacing and setting wrong for the first season. It’s like they’re afraid they’ll be cancelled but are giving cancel worthy material. It gets its rating for the art style and Jonah.
