As always, Lost seasons do NEVER EVER disappoint. BUT I do have one thing to say. Even though the rescue arc was brilliant and it had some of the most interesting plots of the show, I still consider this as the weakest season so far, EVEN THOUGH it’s still a 5/5 and a masterpiece. The only inconveniences I can point out right now are basically the fact that it’s carried by The Constant, the final stretch and some other episodes, but it’s not a season that is CONSISTENTLY peak. It has some episodes that are really necessary to give some context but it doesn’t have the vibe that S1-3 had with those long ass seasons developing the plot and the characters. Desmond, Ben, Locke and some others were great but it’s not like the whole cast was brilliant. I still have to say that the new characters introduced were somehow great. Frank and Charlotte kinda eh but Miles is interesting and Daniel Faraday is my goat. Nothing else to say, amazing season of television but not better than S1-3 imo. Maybe if it was a LITTLE BIT longer it could’ve been better.
