In the series finale , the Watcher panders “what if we actually see things instead of just watching them.” and teaches us about seeing all existence as a character … more than that , a person with a life of infinite possibilities . Here’s the thing , the showrunners of your show gave up with that , the most creative scenario of the final season was about Howard the Duck getting laid with Kat Dennings and their egg becoming the McGuffin like the second coming of Christ for the wide mcu mythology , neither did it try to go much deeper into the moral complexities of intervening to save lives other than a basic fight sequence . I do think the Wild West episode was somewhat fine with sharpshooter Kate Bishop being a cool interpretation of how a marvel hero would act in a different period , nice that Phase 4 characters are being utilsed in random pairings and somewhat a reminder that they still exist and a tease of how they would play off each other in Doomsday , but in the end hell yeah they finally got rid of Captain Carter , eh what is there to yap since it’s the last time I will ever talk about this show , oh I guess I wouldn’t mind to see the exiles concept being brought back with an inconsistent cast of multiverse characters if they ever plan on doing spin-off comics for the MCU though , samurai Ghost Rider and Deadpool bring all his guns in the end credits ? Far more interesting than the entire final season
