i mean it when i say no one does cute cringe office romance like cdramas bc they are truly my guilty pleasure. but tell me why the second couples usually tend to be a miss 😭? and this one in particular was SO LAME i did not care about their story AT ALL. plus i lowkey hated xiu li and her whiny ass. du lei gave me mixed feelings; one second he was alright and the next second he was a huge asshole for no reason (i mean the switch up after helping yun shuai? diabolical). i also didn’t vibe with how stretched the story got at a point. what i loved tho was how they didn’t let the “evil” ms qiao and shen xin stay evil and actually end up having a good relationship w jiang jun at the end; i love me some women supporting women <3. still, i think if it weren’t for the main couple being so cute i would never have finished this drama 🙏🏽
