Fantastic sitcom. I think the best way to describe it to someone who hasn't watched it is that it's like Friends, but with actual continuity and much more raw moments. Its clever writing leads to some unique storytelling. The rawness of some scenes, added with the unreliability of the narrator, as he's remembering everything from his point of view, makes the show very "real" and relatable in a different way than Friends. The soundtrack is also excellent, and in my opinion the best in any sitcom : the original music and the already existing songs are equally just as amazing and very well-used. Don't let the general opinion of the finale discourage you from starting the show, the journey is worth it.
