I find this show confusing sometimes. I just don't understand some things that these characters do. And the mafia plotline still doesn't make sense to me. I mean I've watched this season twice now and I don't understand why we don't get a murder mystery set in high school. I've already watched the second season so the mafia stuff makes more sense now but I just didn't see how this plot fit into the narrative as a whole while watching only this season. I love Legoshi's character tho. This stupid virgin wolf activated something in my brain. The other thing I loved is that the conflict is not just racism for animals but a strong concept of how carnivores and herbivores could function in the same society(and what challenges they have to face in said society l). Overall Beasters is an interesting show with an engaging protagonist so I'm interested to see how the whole show will turn out.
