the pacing of this show is so insane omg, like lol naoi going from a fascist to an anarchist after one single episode, otonashi being in shambles after his memories are restored to the gang being silly and going fishing within the SAME episode; why don't we get time to dwell on anything?? (Nevermind that naoi's hypnosis powers is the funniest example of plot convenience I've ever stumbled upon) also, the flashbacks being this show's only storytelling method is getting tiring but I do enjoy them nonetheless! On a more positive note, I did like seeing emo otonashi, naoi is a pretty fun character, and kanade and yuzuru having matching names is so sweet 🥹
