Fantastic ending. Right from the very start of the first episode it tells us how it ends. How the story ends. How the conventional ending would be. But this miniseries is anything but conventional. Alienating, intimate and beautiful, it's not for someone looking for a typical crime show. David Thewlis and (particularly) Olivia Colman were amazing. They show the characters with so much care and gentleness, and I'm sure this could translate well as a Theatre play. It's worth a watch.
