A super fun start! Just as cheesy as I'd hoped and as stylish. Jojo and I seem to have incredibly similar tastes, so it's not really surprising I dig his shows a lot, I guess! But, yeah, I'm big on ~Americana so the bowling alley and diner settings are very appealing to me. I'm also big on tattoos and glam metal! And updaeted Shakespeare adaptations, so this is very much up my alley and I'm lowkey obsessed with all the characters already lol they're all their own brand of unhinged and I love it

(I get why Kant doesn't, and can't, give Style more details, but the fact that he just bribes his friend to hit on a hitman is funnier to me than it should be! Like, hey bestie, I want to date this guy, but also I'm spying on him for the police because he might be a hitman, and I need you to date his brother, who might also be a hitman! No biggie, right??)

However, there was a weird vibe to it, too, that I can't put my finger on? It kind of felt like it was lacking the tension I was expecting in something like this? Not sure if tension is the word I mean. I know it's just the first ep, but yeah. There was just something a little odd about the vibe. In all fairness, it IS very late here, and I do get into a weird headspace where things all feel a bit wishy washy, so it is very possibly that XD

What else? I can't remember! There was something... but it's nearly 1.30 am now, and I am an old lady, so I should get to bed posthaste haha ETA: maybe I wanted to mention the sex scene? I liked that it was pretty raunchy for a first encounter tbh

Oh! After fretting for a week or two over where and when I'd be able to watch it, it turns out it's available on YouTube AND Gaga in Australia lmao I'll probably keep watching on Gaga because, if the eps are all going to be 1hr+, I'll be up WAY too late with it broken into four parts
