"As long as there is at least one person who understands me, I'll be okay" A silly and beautiful little romcom that really does the leg work of investing in all these cross-dynamics of all of this tangled web of friends and classmates. So enjoyable in its individual moment that it didn't matter as much to me if it was perhaps not profound on the whole. The tsundere archetype is very much not in my wheelhouse but I found that it's executed well in relation to Taiga's character. Romantically I think it sort of underserves some of the characters I liked most, though I think that's in part because it has them make mature decisions that counter some of the more tropey tendencies of the subgenre. Ami is definitely best girl tho!
