This is anime is truly good to watch, damn. My first anime ever was Death Note, and it still remains as one of my favorite tv shows. One of the things I most enjoy are the monologues and Light brings it in a very addictive, fantastic and interesting way. Watch closely what a genius thinks and plans is one of the parts that make Death Note so wholesome, apart from the creativity and an amazing antagonist such as L Lawliet. Many people claim that the second half eas bad and the ending was not worthy, I strongly disagree. Yeah, Near's arc was a downgrade but not because of the story, mainly because the miss of one of the most important part of the show, a good antagonist. For me the ending was truly peak; Light might deserved to win? Probably, but he shouldn't have won for many reasons. This is a show about an idelogy conflict, and that's why I enjoy Death Note so much, it's a view changer. Overall one of the most enjoyable shows with not so much episodes, both Light and L are iconic, love it.
