8.5/10 This is the most difficult show to just give a number score to. It feels weird that after everything I just watched to just say yeah it's really good, and give it an 8.5. Because this show is so much more than that. It is the most confusing show I've ever seen. It's one of the most unsettling shows I've seen. The sound design in this show is just on another level. This isn't that fun of a watch. Like I have 0 interest in rewatching this, however I think everyone has to watch it. I understood parts of this show but I'd say 80% I did not understand. By the last 4 episodes I kinda accepted that I wouldn't understand it and just see how it made me feel. And watching it from that perspective I think is the best way for me at least. This show made me feel certain ways no other media has made me feel. Do I think it's a masterpiece, no. The pacing is slow as can be, and it works in certain episodes for me and in others not so much. I don't need high speed action or tiktok playing to keep me engage. However some episodes did feel very long and made me a little tired. But the final 4 episodes had me hooked from start to finish. Also the opening to this show is probably one of the best anime openings ever. This show is such an anomaly that will never happen ever again, but I am so glad it exists.
