After dropping it twice, I finally made my way through it, and it was fun. Even though the gritty camera movements felt a bit ugly because I was not used to those types of shots, it was fun to watch. The characters were kinda ok-ish initially OK, but by the last episode of the season, I ended up loving almost everyone, especially Dutch (probably my favorite character so far). But there are some major problems with this season. Some episodes fall into a pattern where the Strike Team gets involved in shady deals, only to narrowly escape consequences. This formula, while thrilling at times, can feel predictable as the season goes on, which made me lose interest. To be honest, I enjoyed the episodic pattern initially, but it just got overused. That said, the final 2 episodes were so good, the stakes were at their highest so far, and the pay-off was satisfying. And hell yeah, I am excited for the rest of the show.
