It is difficult to know how to review this show, Don Draper is one of the greatest lead characters in all of TV. His journey towards acceptance of himself is so tragically portrayed in what can only be described as a deeply human final episode. The show is about many things and you'd be likely to believe that would mostly be advertising, the reality is that this is one of the most believable and well written period dramas on TV. It would be unjust to not mention Peggy, in many ways her journey mirrors Don's and ultimately they're by far the most important characters to the show, there was always a rivalry and yet there was always this deep admiration for one another that was always so complex. In keeping this review brief I don't do justice to the many amazing characters in this show, as a quick mention I'll name a few of my other favourites, Joan, Roger, Pete and Stan.
