I haven’t enjoyed a sitcom season this much in a long time, this season was perfect. everyone was hilarious, the writing was improved drastically from season 3 to be funnier and just have better plot lines in general and there was no real awkwardness between anyone in the group now that coach was friends with everyone. I loved everything about this season starting from how it started with going to a bunch of random weddings to saving the date for the most important wedding. so many great episodes, some of the best in the show are even in this season. I really love miscommunication in comedy shows and the episode spiderhunt did it perfectly. but background check was next level, one of the funniest episodes I’ve watched. lots of people didn’t like how Nick and Jess broke up last season and while I am one of those people, I’ve always loved their friendship so I’m not really bothered by it.
