The main challenge was alright. Not wow but also not boring. The death match though...yikes. With around 13 minutes remaining they reveal that someone will be eliminated based on pure luck. Nothing they can do to increase or decrease that luck. They are literally going to flip a random card over. Then the show proceeds to draaaaagggggg it out as if we're building to this big moment. Feels completely unearned. The show is called the Genius and yet the death match was something I could've played with a blade of grass. Here's my card and here's your card, Mr. Bladeofgrass.
