Because the first half of this episode has an insanely well written and compelling character height for Marty as we see him downward spiraling

The second half focuses on all the crime that has flawless directing with the camerawork and set designs, convincing acting, shows so much of the side of Rust that gravitates toward bottom tier crime because of how he dehumnizes himself and likes to slipp into that world to devaluate himself and the world/people around him to neutrelize his internal pain

Its easy to look at this as ‘’just some boring action shlock episode’’ cause its fast paced and doesnt have any philosophical monologues but when you look at the subtext, pay attention and connect what happens here to previous events of the show you’ll see how incredible an episode like this is
