THIS is the crime tv I've been after!! feel like there was an moment when crime dramas were consistently top notch - this brought me right back. perhaps we could have benefitted from having a longer season with possibly shorter eps to help w pacing, and allow us to better get to know the characters, but that era if TV programming is mostly gone :/ however, that does mean there's loads of places to go with future seasons! ✨ need s2 ASAP, and I'm about to go binge all of leah purcell's work✨
