The premise is intriguing enough for me to give it a watch. As the show delved deeper on the motivations of the people involved/caught in her web of “fake it until you make it” con. I find it confusing (other than Alexis Floyd’s Neff) on how people gravitated towards Anna. Is it because they’re projecting their insecurities and manifesting them through her unbridled confidence? If so, I fail to see how it is a strong hook for Vivian and Todd to latch on to. Maybe it’s not my type of show.
