Things just got REAL. This is an incredible ride of 11 minutes, with so much emotion and world building and developments packed into it, that it’s almost unbelievable to comprehend just how much they managed to pull off, and do it masterfully. This is absolutely one of the best outings of the show, this and the last episode somehow topping the also exceptional first 2 episode stretch of season 5.
I will say, it’s always been a little annoying to me just how quickly they wrap up some of the zany adventures this show always brings out. I think here, it ultimately works, but I’m also so intrigued that it bugs me how long I’ll possibly have to wait for them to expand on these concepts. But this is definitely more of a testament to the quality of the episode more than anything else.
