We are finally here. I waited so long for season 3 and and it did not broke my expectations. It was great First thing I am gonna talk about is camera shots are beautiful. It has a camera on the level of Lost, Leftovers and Twin Peaks and its camera much better than season 1-2. All the shots are incredible and have a great tone. Amazing job The episode focuses on Carmy and his life. In order to escape from what he is experiencing, he tries to focus on what he likes to do, cooking and trying until he reaches a perfection meal but he cannot give his full focus because he constantly thinks about the events he experiences. That his why his facial expression always looks sullen and even though people ask "are you okay" and "are you sure you want to do this" Carmen is just trying to do what he wants and trying to escape and then he understands why he cannot reach perfection despite trying dozens of times. He reaches perfection in the last scene but when he reaches perfection, he realizes that perfection is just an escape point for people, even anything beyond that will not be appreciated One of the best season introduction for me
