Only reason I'm giving this anything over a 2.5 was because of the beginning. That was kinda cool with the water jutsu dragons and shit, but after when this random person comes in and kill steals from Kakashi after they've been fighting this guy for 4 episodes, then Naruto starts bugging out for some reason. Then Kakashi falls over. Ibr this made no sense. Watched with @BraedenLlama 7/10
