I gotta admit I don't quite get the hype for the show. I solely watched it because it was highly rated by audience, so I had hopes going in. I feel like people are forgiving a lot for this since the cast are hot, and the people were yearning for a mafia BL. But the script is basic and to be honest, a bit problematic with recurring themes of harassment and a pattern of Stockholm Syndrome as a plot-driver in the romance parts. The leads (Kinn and Porsche) have chemistry, and their scenes were lowkey softporn, but their characters were so rushly underdeveloped. The second leads (Kim and Porchay) were bland that I didn't even care for them since all they did was sing and learn guitar. The villain trope (Pete and Vegas) was the most interesting one, since they gave the best acting performances, selling their subplot more, but again, it has tad reliances on harassment and Stockholm Syndrome.
