The only other VOY ep I've ever seen was the first one and I only came to see Jeffrey Combs as Penk, but I was NOT expecting to also see J.G. HERTZLER and THE ROCK????? They all kicked literal and metaphorical ass, of course. I loved Combs' slimy overseer character, and the understated camaraderie between Seven and Tuvok really appealed to me. The more I was touched by the moments of friendship between them, and between Seven and J.G. Hertzler's character, the more my hatred for the EMH grew. His insufferable narcissistic utterly pathetic and unfunny incel ass makes me simmer with rage any time he speaks or pulls that simpering expression of simultaneous self-pity and arrogance, I just want him to fuck off and stop bothering all of these other lovely characters whom I adore, is that really so much to ask!?
