this season was really really great and just another excellent collection of episodes in comparison to s1 i’d place it quite equally - brian as an antagonist is arguably stronger than doakes or/ lila if she counts but they really complimented dexter’s character too i’d also like to say i quite liked the fbi aspects with lundy and everyone else- although him and debra was a bit odd she lowkey needs to chill on the boyfriends every other episode and im still traumatised by the spank or whatever tf it was lila was also a great character at both weaponising dexter and making him have much more self realisation and transcend to become somewhat moral? she was crazy though and her accent was such a mockery of britannia doakes was where the season really shone though- what a great character and such a tragic end, really thought he could’ve gone on a few more seasons honestly but i loved him and dexters conversations the best part was dexters understanding of himself and all the events regarding him being the ‘bay harbour butcher’ , i loved how he started to move away from harry’s code yet still stay semi ruthless, but also now has caring for rita and the kids ( the goats) solid season looking forward to miguel in s3
