Sometimes I struggle with series based on true crime (especially about kids) but this show always felt very respectful of the kids and the finale was exactly what it had to be. Lily Gladstone and Riley Keough are great, but the young performers are such stand outs. A truly terrifying and heartbreaking story comes to a hopeful and powerful conclusion that is cautionary and honorary at the same time. There are a lot of things to shout out, but I feel a need to give extra praise to Vritika Gupta and Archie Panjabi for their great performances and Kevin Phillips for that finale.
